Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition you received it

• Unworn or unused

• With tags attached

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at bonemeapparel@gmail.com. Please note that all returns must be authorized before sending them back. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.

We will provide a return shipping label and instructions once your return request is approved.

Exchanges

We do not issue refunds. Instead, once your return is accepted, we will ship you a replacement product of the same style/size or a new item of your choice of equal value.

If you would like something different, the fastest way is to complete your return, and once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

• Custom products (special orders, personalized items)

• Personal care items (beauty products, etc.)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Sale items or gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition as received (unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging). Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Once your return is accepted, we will gladly provide a replacement product that meets our quality standards.
